Journey Planner

For impartial and accurate information on planning your journey by bus, coach or train you can contact Traveline (link opens in a new window). You can search for timetables by service number, destination or postcode. These can then be downloaded to your computer and printed.
You can also contact Traveline on 0871 200 22 33 (calls cost 10p per minute from BT residential landlines).

The Role of Kent County Council

Most bus services are run for profit, however some would not be viable without subsidy from Kent County Council. The Council provides £7 million per year for the provision of socially necessary bus services across the county.

Should you have a complaint about a specific bus service in Kent you must first find out if it is a commercial service or is financially subsidised by Kent County Council. To do this look at the bus services page; a horse symbol next to the service number denotes a subsidised service.
If it is a subsidised service then Transport Integration can deal with your complaint (contact details are on the left). If your service is commercial you must contact the operator directly.
